Christie Niederhumer is a Cape Town based artist who graduated from Ruth Prowse School of Art in 2019. Working from her studio in Muizenberg, she translates the landscapes around her into expressive, atmospheric paintings inspired by nature.
 

Through loose, intuitive brushstrokes, her work captures the fleeting essence of a moment - the whisper of wind through trees, the glow of light along a distant path, the shifting embrace of dusk. Each painting becomes a conversation between emotion and environment, reflecting a deep connection to the land.
